Initial tour and estimate

Once you schedule an appointment (virtual tour, phone call or any that suits you) one of our project man-gineer (project manager + civil engineer) will meet with you in the time and platform you chose to see your project and understand your needs. They will ask questions and supply answers to commonly asked questions. In most cases they will be able to provide a rough estimate so you can have some understanding of the project scope and pricing. After the initial meeting the engineer will contact you back with specific costs, time frame and schedule for the project for your considerations.

Designs, plans & permits

Once you choose to work with us, our team will create a design and draft plans to reflect the before and after. We will do EVERYTHING so you can sit back and relax while the planning process is taking place. We do not take this part of the project lightly, in fact planning is the most important part to make sure no issues arise while the actual build is on going.

Construction

Our designated project man-gineer will begin on the decided upon demo day, on which all physical preparations of the project will start. You will be added to a Slack or Whatsapp (whatever is more comfortable for you) group channel along with all relevant personnel that are a part of the project to show progress pictures, questions, answers and just to say good morning. The end of this phase will conclude the project after which the group will be changed to a warranty group that will stay open for as long as needed to make the communication with our team as easy as possible even after we are done.
